Perfect World Announces Departure of Mr. Davis Jian Li

BEIJING, Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Perfect World Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PWRD) ("Perfect World" or the "Company"), a leading online game developer and operator based in China, today announced that Mr. Davis Jian Li, senior vice president of the Company and general manager of the Company's Shanghai office, has departed from the Company effective September 24, 2012 for personal reasons.  Upon Mr. Li's departure, Mr. Di He, chief technology officer of the Company since 2006, assumes Mr. Li's responsibilities for the Company's Shanghai office.
