Embrey Mill Announces Initial Home Builders

NORTH STAFFORD, Va., June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Embrey Mill, an 831-acre master-planned community in North Stafford, Virginia is pleased to announce the selection of homebuilders for its first phase of development. The following builders will construct the new community initially:

As such, each of these six builders has created exclusive home designs or adapted existing plans to accommodate the needs of the homebuyers at Embrey Mill.

Townhomes from 1,900 – 2,300 sq. ft. plan to start in the mid $200,000s and Single Family Homes from 1,900 – 4,200 sq. ft. plan to start in the mid $300,000s.
