July 9, 2021 rate: Gold price today sees a jump in domestic market, check city-wise rate

Gold prices in India saw a jump of Rs 147 or 0.31 per cent on Friday (July 9) after seeing a slump on the previous day. On the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold prices maturing on August 5 stand at Rs 47,844 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, silver rates maturing on September 3 stand at Rs 68,789 per kg on the MCX, recording a downfall of Rs 168 or 0.24 per cent.

In the international market, gold edged higher on Friday as a drop in US Treasury yields had lifted yellow metal’s demand. It was set for its third straight weekly gain.

Chennai Gold rate - Rs 45,200 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 49,310 per 10 gram of 24-carat.

Delhi Gold rate - Rs 46,800 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 50,850 per 10 gram of 24-carat.

Kolkata Gold rate - Rs 47,200 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 49,900 per 10 gram of 24-carat.

Bangalore Gold rate - Rs 44,750 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 48,820 per 10 gram of 24-carat.

Hyderabad Gold rate - Rs 44,750 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 48,820 per 10 gram of 24-carat.

Kerala Gold rate - Rs 44,750 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 48,820 per 10 gram of 24-carat.

Lucknow Gold rate - Rs 46,800 per 10 gram of 22-carat and Rs 50,850 per 10 gram of 24-carat.
