Youths rape teen after forcing her to have 30 beers
We have identified the accused as they were known to the girl. We will also question the lodge owner about the incident, said a Valiv police officer.
A 17-year-old Vasai resident was reportedly kidnapped by some youths, forced to consume a whopping 30 bottles of beer and then gang raped inside a lodge in Vajreshwari, Bhiwandi.
According to the Valiv police, the teenager was kidnapped in Tavera car and taken towards Vajreshwari, a tourist spot with hot springs and a temple. She was then forced to consume 30 beers, after which she collapsed. The youths then took turns to rape her. The girl later informed her parents about the incident, following which they approached the police.
"We have identified the accused as they were known to the girl. We will also question the lodge owner about the incident," said a Valiv police officer.
Assistant inspector Ganesh Mali said, "We have registered the case under section 376(D)(gang rape), 363 (kidnapping) and 328 (causing hurt by means of poison, etc) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the accused."
