Managing director of World Bank, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, today visited the bustling Churchgate railway station here and travelled to Mahim station in a suburban train. She was on a visit to the city to review various projects under the Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP) funded by World Bank. Girish Pillai, divisional railway manager, Mumbai Central Division, Western Railway, welcomed Iweala.The World Bank managing director visited Churchgate station and also travelled from Churchgate to Mahim station to have a feel of the suburban travel in Mumbai, a release said.
