Maharashtra home minister RR Patil tonight said that the concerned department of the Nashik Municipal Corporation will be held responsible if any traces of explosive material were found to be used in triggering blast in the investigation.Three persons were killed and seven others injured, four of them critically, in a blast at three-storeyed Saptashrungi building in Panchvati area of the city this afternoon.Meanwhile, two out of the three victims killed in the blast were identified as Ravi Vishwakarma and Mahadev Verma, police said.Earlier, chief minister Prithviraj Chavan announced an ex gratia of Rs1 lakh to the kin of those killed in the blast, and Rs50,000 for the seriously injured. Besides Chavan, PWD minister Chhagan Bhujbal and MPCC president Manikrao Thakre also paid visit to the building.Meanwhile, Bhujbal said that some explosive material might have been used in the blast seeing at the impact of the explosion.
