BJP national secretary Dr Kirit Somaiya and Sena’s senior leader Manohar Joshi gave each other a hug and the Makar Sankranti special tilgul. “We never had any differences. Sometimes you might get angry for small reasons, but that does not stay for a long time,” said Somaiya.

Joshi, however, went on to say that dispute between Eknath Khadse and Suresh Jain is a local level dispute and should not be stretched on a larger map. “You can see us together on the podium. That is enough to prove that, all disputes have come to an end. Jain met Uddhavji yesterday at Matoshri andthe matter has been solved,” said Joshi.

NDA will be holding a series of anti-corruption rallies throughout the country, the first of which was organised in Delhi. Rallies will be held in all the states by the budget session of parliament.
