Indrani's lawyer said that she only wanted to get justice for Sheena Bora and did not want to accuse anyone, including Peter.

On November 15, Indrani had placed the blame for the 'disappearance' of her daughter Sheena squarely on her estranged husband Peter and her driver Shyamwar Rai, who is an accused-turned-approver in the case. She had pleaded the special CBI court to provide her with the call data records of Peter, in order to establish her claim.

Indrani claimed that she suspects that her estranged husband Peter and driver Rai must have entered into a conspiracy behind the sudden disappearance of her daughter Sheena. The court has adjourned the matter for orders on December 5.

Indrani, her ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and her driver Rai had allegedly planned and killed Indrani's daughter Sheena Bora. Later Peter was arrested for allegedly being part of the conspiracy.
