Maharashtra home minister R R Patil today said he would urge Central government to make a special law about speedy implementation of death penalty given to terrorists."The time has come to draw a line between the terrorists and other culprits who have been sentenced to death by the courts. The Kasab case was totally different from the others. He was involved in the war against the country and should be hanged immediately to send the message across to the other terrorists," he said."I would write a letter to the Central government requesting to ponder over the issue as delay in implementing the death penalty given to terrorists due to the legal process would send a wrong message," he told reporters here. The state government will appeal in the Supreme Court against the special court's judgement of acquitting Sabahuddin and Fahim Ansari, who were co-accused in 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case, the minister said.
