The CM is understood to have assured regularisation of the extended construction of dwellings in the PCNTDA, returning 12.5% land to farmers and approve a proposal to desilt the Pavana, Indrayani and Mula rivers.

Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar, Pimpri-Chinchwad civic chief commissioner Ashish Sharma, PCNTDA chief executive officer Suhas Divase and Pimpri-Chinchwad mayor Yogesh Behl and others attended the meeting.

The move will fulfil a demand of Nigdi residents, who wanted the government to regularise the extended constructions.

The extended constructions were made in housing schemes in Sectors 21 (Yamunanagar), 25 and 27 A.
