Pratibha Patil visits Bal Thackeray

Former president Pratibha Patil on Saturday visited ailing Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray at his Matoshree residence in suburban Bandra.
Patil was accompanied by her husband Devisingh Shekhavat, sources said.
She was there for about ten minutes and Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray was also present at the meeting, they said.
Shiv Sena had extended support to Patil when she contested presidential election in 2007.
