Police arrest domestic help for molesting employer
The accused, Mithilesh Sikandar Sahu, was working with the family for the last seven months. Sahu has been remanded in judicial custody.
The Gamdevi police on Thursday arrested a 22-year-old domestic help for allegedly molesting his 45-year-old employer at the latter’s residence.

According to the police, the victim lives with her husband, son and mother-in-law at their August Kranti Maidan residence. “Sahu used to sleep in the garage of the building during night. At around 1.30pm on Thursday, Sahu went to the victim’s flat to collect a new blanket. When the victim went to another room to get a blanket, Sahu entered the room and molested her. The victim, who was alone in the house, then called up her husband. His husband then lodged a complaint with the Gamdevi police,” said a police officer.
