Petition in Bombay High Court for FIR against Radhe Maa

Borivali police failed to take action on her complaint against Radhe Maa, accusing her of cheating, obscenity and hurting religious sentiments.
The petition will come up for hearing before a division bench of the High Court in due course of time. Last week, a case of dowry harassment was lodged against Radhe Maa, and police had issued summons to her, directing her to remain present before them on Friday.
