Around 250 parents protested outside the premises of Shree Ramakrishna Bhavaneshwar’s Himalaya School in Kandivli on Thursday against the lack of basic facilities in the school. They complained that the school is in a pathetic condition, with very few benches, unclean toilets and teachers who do not show up for months.
“During Sudha Bhavaneshwar’s time, the school was perfect. Ever since her son has taken over, parents complaints are not taken seriously,” said Simran Sharma, a parent.
Parents met the trustee, for the first time in four years. Sanjay Bhavaneshwar assured them that he will take immediate steps to update facilities.
