Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar and his Madhya Pradesh counterpart, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, are likely to share the dais in Pune along with state chief minister Prithviraj Chavan in February next year as they would be attending the felicitation of former Lok Sabha MP from Baramati, Sambhajirao Kakade, who recently turned 81.Kakade is considered arch-rival of Union minister for agriculture, Sharad Pawar. Janata Dal state unit president Sharad Patil said a meeting of Sambhajiao Kakade felicitation committee was held in Pune on Saturday. He said Kakade was a veteran Janata Dal leader under whose guidance thousands of party workers had joined politics.Patil said Janata Dal leaders including former Lok Sabha MP Kisanrao Bankhele, Nasaruddin Inamdar, Buwa Nalawade, Balasaheb Khaire, Murlidhar Jadhav, Vikas Deshpande, Mohan Wadekar and Sunil Yadav were present.Patil said party workers and Kakade’s followers have decided to hand over Rs81 lakh to Kakade during the felicitation.Patil said deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar would also attend the felicitation, which would be held in the last week of February 2011. Union minister for urban development, S Jaipal Reddy, would also be invited for the programme.
