Justice for victim's husbandThe Nalasopara police, which was handling the matter earlier, had registered a case of accidental death. It was justice at last for Rama Shankar Yadav, 35, husband of Seema Yadav, who has for the past two years trying to establish that his wife's death was a result of negligence and not an accident.

Woman was fit till blood transfusionSeema, a resident of Nalasopara (East), delivered a health baby boy at Jivdani Seva Hospital in Nagindas Pada and was fit until the doctors transfused her blood. As her health deteriorated, she was shifted to Alliance Hospital where she passed away. Her husband approached the Vasai court, leading to the order. Dna had reported Seema's death in its edition dated September 29, 2013.
