Mumbai man arrested raping woman in Sion

Antop Hill police station on Saturday morning arrested one Abdul Karim Abdul Rashid Khan, 20, for allegedly raping a 34-year-old woman by threatening her and her three-year-old child with a knife.

The incident took place at the residence of the victim at Sion Koliwada on Friday afternoon.

"We have arrested Khan for rape. According to the complaint, the victim was in the house with her child when Khan came to her and threatened her with a knife and raped her. After the victim approached the police, we registered the case and arrested Khan," said Sanjay Surve, senior police inspector of Antop Hill police station.
