MLA puts a lock on Mumbai University's Kalina campus

With the Mumbai University continously failing to meet the deadline to declare results of examinations conducted last acedemic year, Nationalist Congress Party MLA Jitendra Awhad put a lock on the Mumbai University's Kanila campus main gate, Awhad's PA Sushant Gudulkar told DNA.
Awhad had recently tweeted that if university results are not declared by August 5, he will lock the university, his PA added.
Mumvai University has initial deadline of July 31 then August 5 to declare results but it has failed. This year the online paper evaluation system has delayed the results. Students are suffering.
