After instances of brawling with guards and inmates, Susairaj has been shunted to another cell. Jail officials said that off late Susairaj has been troubling and picking up fights with reformed inmates.

“Her attitude and instigating tendency have been a worrying factor and are harmful for reformed inmates. Susairaj has been shifted to an isolated cell, where she cannot communicate with others. The graph of small fights between inmates has come down now,” said inspector general of police, prison, Surinder Kumar.

A jail source said, “She was found to have picked up fights with inmates and, in a recent brawl, our women guards got injured when they intervened. Her instigation has led to reformed inmates fighting with each other. She has also been creating splinter groups and involving them in fights.”

She was arrested for plotting the Synergy Adlabs executive’s murder and has been in jail since 2008. Her boyfriend, Emile Jerome Mathew, is lodged at Taloja jail. They allegedly stabbed Grover, dismembered his body and burnt it in a forest.
