Man loses job, kills self in Mahim church
The deceased has been identified as Vinod Telang (39) who was working with a private organisation until he lost his job two months ago and was suffering from depression
An HR manager, who recently lost his job, committed suicide by poisoning himself with an injection in a toilet in St Michael's Church in Mahim.
The deceased has been identified as Vinod Telang (39) who was working with a private organisation until he lost his job two months ago and was suffering from depression. Telang left behind a suicide note which stated job loss as the reason.
According to the Mahim police, Telang was missing since Tuesday and his brother had lodged a missing complaint on Wednesday however he has been untraceable. Telang was found by a church janitor on Thursday evening however the police suspect that he committed suicide on Tuesday night itself.
