Mumbai police have booked a case of abetment to suicide and cruelty against the family members of Nidhi Gupta, who allegedly committed suicide with her two kids on Tuesday, police said Saturday.Police registered a case against Nidhi's husband Pawan, his mother, father, brother and his sister-in law yesterday, they said.The case was registered after Nidhi's father Bimal Jalan pressed for charges against the Guptas.Nidhi, a Chartered Accountant, had allegedly flung her two kids and jumped off the 19th storey of a building in suburban Malad, where she stayed.According to Jalan, Nidhi's was repeatedly mentally harassed by her husband and in-laws.
