Maharashtra PWD minister, Chhagan Bhujbal, today said the government had prepared a 20-year plan to construct 3.37 lakh kms of all-weather roads in the state.Replying to the budgetary demands of his department in the legislative assembly, Bhujbal said the plan would cost the state government Rs1.09 lakh crore.He said all the villages having population of over 100 will have at least one road.Speaking about his other department, tourism, Bhujbal admitted that Rs225 crore earmarked for promoting tourism in Konkan have not been utilised.
