Fadnavis was on her way back from the bank when at around 7.30 in the evening her Innova was hit by a cement mixing vehicle in Lower Parel area. A security guard was present in the car along with her and both were unharmed by the accident.
"Yesterday, while I was returning from office, a lorry dashed on to my car. I am fine, but there is a dent in the car," she said. The police arrived at the accident spot in little time however Fadnavis decided to not register a complaint. She decided to leave from there so that there would not be a traffic jam.

Amruta is a senior executive with a private sector bank here. The CM is in Kolhapur attending the state BJP executive meeting.
