MUMBAI: The services of Western Railway were on Monday affected when a suspected mentally disturbed person climbed one of the electrical poles at the suburban Borivili station and refused to come down, authorities said.
"Around 11.15 am, a man climbed one of the electrical poles and refused to come down. We are trying to bring him down," Railway Police Force officials said.
Local trains are running 10 to 15 minutes late on the Western Line, railway sources said.
