A 36-year-old housewife was murdered in broad daylight in her residential apartment in Dhankawdi area here today, police said.
The deceased - Bindu Nair - was knifed to death by an unknown assailant, they said.
The victim, who was found lying in a pool of blood, was rushed to hospital by neighbours after hearing her cries for help but she succumbed on the way, police said adding that further investigations are on.
