The 7th edition of the ‘Third Eye’ Asian Film Festival was kick-started with fervour on Friday in Pune. Revived after a gap of 2 years, it was inaugurated by veteran film-maker Govind Nihalani at Inox multiplex.

Stating that the world trend is to make film festivals interactive and proactive, he urged local film-makers to also get involved, by not only watching the films but also making them. “I hope the festival grows into very exciting movement,” he added.
