Five persons were killed today after being run over by a train at Chinchwad railway station near here, police said.
     The victims reportedly attempted to alight from a passenger train on the wrong side of the platform and were crushed to death under another train speeding across the track, they added.
     The accident occurred in the small hours when the passenger apparently failed to notice the incoming train.
