DNA's senior ad sales member Soma Banerjee passes away

Soma Banerjee, a senior member of DNA's ad sales team, died of cardiac arrest on Monday. She was 48 and is survived by husband Ashok Banerjee and 23-year-old son Aditya.

Soma, who was heading the financial services and banking/finance category, joined DNA in June 2007, and has been an integral part of the newspaper's journey since. A committed professional and a go-getter, she previously worked with The Indian Express and Anand Bazar Patrika.
