The caller threatened to blow up the railway station between 12pm and 4pm on Monday.

After the call, the police and the railway protection force rushed to the station and thoroughly checked all platforms for any suspicious objects.

Even booking offices, canteens, public toilets, the parking lot and a temple located outside the station were searched with the help of three sniffer dogs.
