Fadnavis was communicating with people through a programme called 'Mi Mukhyamantri Boltoy' (This is the Chief Minister speaking). After announcing the programme through the information and public relations department, there were 18,000 questions received on WhatsApp and 1250 questions received on e-mail. Thirty-two farmers had the opportunity to meet the chief minister on Monday at the newly created studios of the publicity department at the Mantralaya.

While replying to questions by farmers, the chief minister reiterated that his government was not against complete loan waiver for the farmers in the state but was in the process of making agriculture sustainable. Fadnavis informed that by investing more in agricultural infrastructure, the government would ensure that farmers will not be required to avail loan.

Fadnavis informed that flagship program of Jalyukta Shivar Abhiyan resulted in creating additional water storage capacity of 42 TMC last year, which has resulted in reducing deployment of tankers in the state this time.

Fadnavis also inaugurated the new state-of-the-art studio of the information and publicity department. Director General Brijesh Singh, director administration Ajay Ambekar, director news Devendra Bhujbal, director media coordination Shivaji Mankar were also present.
