Dr Mohan Ninawe, senior public relations officer, CIDCO said that PAPs have three options to get incentives by vacating their homes as early as possible for them.
The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has come up with a special offer for project affected persons (PAPs) of the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) for the early vacating of their homes in order to speed up the process of shifting them.
Dr Mohan Ninawe, senior public relations officer, CIDCO said that PAPs have three options to get incentives by vacating their homes as early as possible for them. "Three time frames have been specified to PAPs to take benefit under the incentive scheme," said Ninawe. He added that this is apart from the grants that CIDCO had already announced for acquiring their land for the airport.
As per the time frame, the PAP who vacate their houses till March 31, 2018 will get an additional grant of Rs 500 per square feet for their houses. Those who vacate by April 30, 2018 will get an additional payment of Rs 300 per square feet and those who vacate it by May 31 will get Rs100 per square feet based on their size of their houses.
