According to the Mankhurd Police, More was headed to Sion on his motorcycle (MH 11 BI 3304). "On Monday morning, while More was riding to work, an unidentified vehicle approached him from the rear and rammed into him.
More lost his control and slipped suffering critical injuries. Pedestrians at the site alerted the police and also rushed More to a civic hospital where he was declared dead before admission. More's brother Abhijeet lodged a complaint and we are now looking for the accused driver, who went absconding after the accident," a police officer said.
As per police reports, there are no CCTV cameras close to the accident spot. Therefore, there is no lead on the accused and his vehicle. The cops have registered a case under section 279 and 304 (a) of the Indian Penal Code and section 177 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
