MUMBAI: Twenty-nine bar girls, a bar manager and customers were arrested by the police after a raid at a suburban bar late on Saturday night.

Chembur police raided Tarana bar near Umarishi Bappa Chowk after receiving a tip-off that some illegal activities were on at the bar, police said.

Police arrested the bar girls, manager Shashikant Shetty and some customers, they said.
