Seven people, including six employees of Tata Motors, were injured in an accident that took place on the Mumbai-Pune highway in the early hours of Monday.

According to the police, the Tata Motors bus carrying its employees started from Lonavla around 4.30 am and, due to excessive fog, the driver of the bus was not able to see a truck parked on the roadside and collided with it.
Three of the employees and the driver have been admitted to Lokmanya Hospital in Nigdi, while three others were discharged after treatment at a local hospital in Lonavla.
Those undergoing treatment at Lokmanya Hospital have been identified as Ganesh Wavale, Rajiv Deshpande, Kailash Hundare and driver Arjun Mandale.
