The Brihanmumbai municipal corporation (BMC) on Sunday recovered 200 sacks of chemical powder from Borivali. "The unclaimed bags were recovered from New Link Road, Ganpat Patil Nagar in Borivali west. We had to seize those bags to avert any possible untoward incident," a civic official said, wishig not to be named.Further investigations are carried out by local police.
