14-year-old hangs self, leaves suicide note behind

A 14-year-old teen hanged himself on the ceiling fan of his kitchen. The suicide note, addressed to his mother advises her to take care of his brother and to bring Ganesha home even after his death.
Sarthak Navnath Pohkar(14), a resident of Samarth Krupa Niwas, Kalyan (West) was found by his mother Vrushali(42).
"The youth used nylon thread to hang himself. He was found by his mother. She informed the neighbours, who rushed him to the hospital but he was declared dead on admission," said a police officer.
The suicide note does not blame anyone for the extreme step taken by the teen but cops suspect suspect he was depressed due to family and personal matters.
"We have registered a case of suicidal death under the Code of Criminal Procedure. The post-mortem revealed asphyxiation as cause of death," said HM Waghmare, investigation officer, Khadakpada police station.
