1. Roasted Makhana

This is the most common snack made from Makhana. This is also special because it does not take any time to make and it can be customized according to your needs. Whether it is being made for children or it can be made differently for adults. The spices can also be changed. Or it can also be made with just chaat masala or Maggi masala.

Ingredients

200 grams makhana, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon chaat masala

Heat the pan, add butter and then roast the Makhans till they turn brown. You will understand even the smell of Makhana.

2. Caramelized Makhana

If you want a little sweet flavor in the makhana, then like caramelized popcorn, you can also make caramelized makhana. This makhana snack is also easy to make and you will surely like it.

Ingredients

200 grams Makhana, 1 teaspoon Ghee, 2 teaspoons Jaggery

First, roast the makhana in ghee. Take some water in another pan and heat it and melt the jaggery so that it becomes liquid. Keep in mind that the water should not be too much. Consistency should be like 1 wire sugar syrup. Now add the melted jaggery to the roasted makhana and it will be ready for you in a few minutes. It can also be stored and kept, just use an airtight container.

3. Makhana Chaat

Flavored Makhana tastes very good and if eaten as a fasting chaat, it will definitely taste great. Today we are going to tell you how to make Makhana Chaat. It does not require oil.

Ingredients

Makhana, boiled potatoes, half cup curd, half cup pomegranate seeds, pinch of black pepper, roasted raisins (optional), chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves for garnish
