Earth, a popular nature activist account, has shared a series on photos that show how animals actually feel when they are kept in a zoo. "Millions of animals have been isolated in their entire lives. In isolation, these animals exhibit concerning behaviors including self-harm. Mental health is not a uniquely human trait. This is not normal", says the caption.

"So, you’re tired of isolation? These animals have been isolated their entire lives. No living being should live in captivity. We are guests of this planet, not masters", Earth shared the hard-hitting images leaving everyone in a thinking spot.

Its post on Twitter & Instagram has gone viral on social media.

"A very considerable lesson", says one user.

"Free all the animals, no zoos no cages please", adds another.
