Telling the story of craft beers

Botanical forms of wheat, barley, sugarcane, potato, citrus, juniper and hops give you a lesson in beer making as you wait for your order. Trying to recreate vintage glamour and vibe, the decor is Art Deco-inspired. Dim lightning gives this space a cosy touch. The focus here is the brews paired with delectable small plates.

Raise a glass

Beer lovers can take your pick from Thirsty Simona, Thirsty Sexy Pig, Thirsty Ninja, Thirsty  Miss Sweet Lips, Kick Ass Kolsch, Happy by Thirsty. We recommend Thirsty Simona (Rs 700 for 330 ml) for its subtle aroma and spicy kick and The Thirsty Pig (Rs 600 for 300 ml), which has a slight tang and keeps us company. There’s also a range of craft cocktails to choose from. Pair these with some small plates. Try the Mushroom Pate with polenta cakes and crispy leeks. (Rs 300), creamy delicious bites that go well with the beers. The Poutine with Chorizo Ragout (Rs 400) served with whipped mascarpone is a stunner that will leave you asking for more. Also, try the Neapolitan-style pizza  El Chapo (Rs 550) with its perfectly balanced salsa verde, served here with fresh buffalo mozzarella and guacamole.

While the food is delectable, the beers and the cocktails are the highlight here, so raise a toast to this new outpost.
