Photos: Janhvi Kapoor steps out in comfort chic look wearing Grassroot by Anita Dongre maxi dress

On Sunday, Janhvi Kapoor along with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor visited her grandmother Nirmal Kapoor's house to celebrate her birthday. While getting clicked by the paparazzi, the actor looked pretty in a simple and elegant white outfit. She completed her look by leaving her long locks open and covering herself with a sky blue colour mask. Talking about the outfit, Janhvi opted to wear Grassroot by Anita Dongre.

The maxi dress has spaghetti sleeves with layers and embroidery all over it. Janhvi oozed out the comfort chic look and it's indeed a treat to one's eyes.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi was last seen in Sharan Sharma's directorial debut Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl produced by Karan Johar under his home banner Dharma Productions. The film streamed on Netflix in August this year.

Janhvi's upcoming film is horror-comedy Roohi Afzana in which she stars alongside Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma. The film is helmed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Dinesh Vijan under his home banner Maddock Films. The release date of the film has been postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 24-year-old also has Dostana 2 directed by Collin D'Cunha. In the film, she will be seen alongside Kartik Aaryan and Laksh Lalwani. The shooting for the film had started in November last year, however, the release date is yet to announced by the makers. The sequel to 2008 film Dostana is also produced by Karan Johar.
