Imogen Thomas to star in musical about her real-life fling with Ryan Giggs

Imogen Thomas, who has had the whole nation talking about her alleged affair with Ryan Giggs for quite some time, is now set to play the lead role in a musical that will detail the Manchester United legend’s fall from grace.

Theatre producer David King, whose hit shows include Michael Jackson tribute Man In The Mirror, wants to set the Giggs saga to music.

He was inspired as he followed the footballer’s bid to cover up the affair with an injunction.

The plot of Offside will mirror every twist and turn of Giggs’ tangled sex life, including his alleged eight-year affair with brother Rhodri’s wife Natasha, 28.

“Everyone is fascinated by the idea of a wealthy football star trying to hide behind a writ,” the Daily Star quoted King as saying.

“With tales of sex, betrayal, power and money, what better plot for a musical could there be?, he added.
