An expert beer maker has shed light on how people can drink all they want and not get drunk much – swallow dry yeast before you binge drink.According to Cnet, Jim Koch, co-founder of the Boston Beer Company, told Esquire that he mixes some Fleischmann's Dry Yeast with some yogurt to make it more palatable.One teaspoon per beer, right before you start drinking, he said.However, Koch did warn that the yeast doesn't really eliminate the effects of boozing, but only mitigates because there is huge chance that one might end up with a much worse hangover than he or she has ever had before.It is also worth noting that yeast helps in the breakdown of alcohol into carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen before it enters your bloodstream.
