Not only will you save time but ensure you have used all natural products. Beauty therapist and naturopath Dr Nirmala Shetty reveals how to attain beautiful skin with products that are easily available in your kitchen.1) Instant glowIngredients:Oatmeal powder — 2tsp Orange pulp — 2tsp Tomato pulp — 2tsp Cucumber pulp — 2tspGlycerine — 1tsp Method: Mix all and apply on face and neck . Wash after 5 mins with some cucumber juice and then chilled water.2) For a dry skin:Ingredients:Papaya pulp — 4tsp Almond oil — 1tspCoconut milk — 2tspGlycerine — 1tspMethod:Mix all and apply for 10 mins. Wash off with milk to which some more glycerin is added. Finally rinse with cold water.3) For acne-prone skin:Ingredients:Tulsi( holy basil) paste — 2tsp Sandalwood paste — 1tspCucumber juice — 2tspMethod:Mix all and apply regularly and if possible twice daily.4) For those with tanned skin:Almond powder — 2tspOatmeal powder — 2tspCurd — 2tsp Lime — 2drops Glycerin or honey — 1tspStar speakActor Mugdha Ghodse says, “For me, more than cosmetics I swear by my grandma’s skin tonic which is besan (gram flour) and curd scrub. Just mix besan to curd making a thick paste. Apply this for five minutes and scrub it off, rinsing the facewith cold water. You are sure to discover a glowing face.”
