In the video, Madhuri emphasizes the importance of both a proper skincare routine and a healthy lifestyle. She explains that drinking plenty of water and eating nutritious food plays a vital role in achieving bright and healthy skin. "Drink lots of water to moisturise your skin and body," she advises, highlighting the importance of hydration.

Day skincare routine

Madhuri’s daytime routine begins with a good cleanser to remove impurities. After cleansing, she follows up with a toner. Her personal favorite is rose water, which she recommends for its natural soothing and refreshing properties. "Just make sure you get a good quality one," she adds.

Next, she applies a vitamin C serum, followed by a moisturiser and sunscreen. For those with oily skin, she suggests a water-based moisturiser, while those with dry skin should opt for a richer, creamier moisturiser.

Night skincare routine

Madhuri stresses the importance of removing makeup at the end of the day. She advises using a cleansing balm to massage the face and remove makeup thoroughly, or micellar water with makeup wipes for an easy cleanse. "I make sure that my face is cleansed of all the makeup," she explains.

Once makeup is removed, she follows with a gentle cleanser to get rid of any remaining dirt or makeup. After cleansing, she applies a toner and a vitamin C serum. Madhuri also uses an under-eye cream to help her under-eye area recover overnight. To finish, she applies a moisturiser and lip balm to keep her skin nourished and hydrated through the night.
