Comfort dressing- Independence from fashion trends

Aren't there days when you don't want to squeeze your foot into those skyscraper heels and just take it easy in a pair of flats. Imagine entering a party with out-of-bed frizzy hair and schmoozing nonchalantly with everyone sporting poker-straight hair. We all love fashion but there are time when we all find ourselves caught in its booby traps. Why wear high heels when your ankles beg for comfy flats? Why not go au naturel if sitting for hours in a salon drives you up the wall? Do you really need to shop every spring and fall even though closet space can accommodate only so much? We may hate to accept it but once in a while we all have felt a pressure to look a certain way.
