Borivali-based J B Martin’s Jordan D’Souza dons the apron and the title of Mumbai’s No 1 Roast Masters with pride. Their Turduckin is a signature dish weighing a whopping 14 kgs and priced at Rs 21,000. Comprised of a deboned and stuffed (with meat of your choice) chicken, which is stuffed into a deboned duck, which is then stuffed into a deboned turkey! However, is that’s too big a deal for you, there also a Suckling you can pick up for Rs 10,000 for a stuffed one. For dessert, you can pick up a one kg Christmas cake for Rs 2,500 or Mulled Wine for Rs 1,750 a litre or Eggnog for Rs 1,750 a litre.

Christina Fernandes accepts orders for a range of Christmas delicacies. This year you can pick up a Turkey and Suckling weighing approximately 5 kgs for around Rs 7,500. There’s also a Ginger Bread House (Rs 1,000) that you can gift loved ones. For the Christmas dessert table, try her take on the Classic Trifle (made of port jelly, strawberries, a light almond and chocolate cake, layered with homemade strawberry jam, topped with homemade mascarpone and chocolate shavings).
