Prashant Pandey, now known as Adhyatma Mitra, was born in 1992 in Kashi on the Trayodashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha. He grew up in spiritual culture from childhood but was a complete atheist in his early days. He was very active in theatre, singing competitions, etc.

Professionally, he was also connected in the arts, but there was no complacency. For this reason, even after everyone had left, he sat quietly for 6 hours and watched the burning corpses. From here he got the satisfaction in himself that for years he was constantly looking at the things of the outside world. There was a surge of inner spirituality and he began the spiritual journey to experience the full truth of himself.

As we speak to Prashant, he shares esoteric facts about spirituality, about the unknown path of spirituality which is not found, and how people make big claims to have found it.

He quotes “Many paths have been told to walk on the spiritual and spiritual path and most of the people are seen claiming themselves to be spiritual but the exact opposite happens. It has happened inside them.”

As we understand it is not an act to tell or express, but it is an event that elevates your personality and consciousness. There are many such people in the present society, inadvertently spirituality has happened in them and they keep feeling its joy. However they do not make any separate claim of being spiritual, nor do they pretend.

The experiences of a person can be enjoyed only by coming out of the web of words. The feelings can be understood or explained at the spiritual level only as at the intellectual level, it is again trapped in words and rhetoric which is stuck in the bondage of authenticity and actions.

Prashant says ”I definitely believe that it is necessary for the development of the inner consciousness, awareness, and realization that one should go on some path, but to consider that path as the goal and consider it as spirituality, to disorient the self and all the people associated with the self, as it is.”

Whether the path is of devotion, meditation, yoga, or any of it, when spirituality happens, it becomes difficult to explain it in words or even talk about how it is changing and channelizing the inner self. No mix of words and sentences can explain the zen and calmness that spirituality awakens.

True spirituality is capable of bringing outward and inner revolution, which brings a big change on both the level of mental and spiritual stability.

Therefore, the spirituality which is being given in the form of weakness and ostentation today is not spirituality it is the unknown path of spirituality. No actual form can be assigned to it can only be felt and brings a big change in the life of oneself and others. We need to collectively make an effort physically. And mental level to walk towards the path of spirituality.
