Massive crowd-puller pujas including Bosepukur Sitala Mandir, Tala Barowari, Ballygunje Cultural, Kakurgachi Mitali Sangha, Sreebhumi, Chetla Agrani, Dumdum Park Tarun Sangha, Lebutala Park, Jodhpur Park 95 Palli, Babubagan, Bhawanipur Abasar, Santoshpur Lake Palli, Ahiritola Sarbojoni and Mudiali - will roll out measures like red carpet and AC walkthrough lounge to stop people from sweating in lines, the organisers said at a press meet here today.

"Those holding Durga Darshan (DD) tickets will be allowed to access the VIP entrance walking on the red carpet and not have to wait in the serpentine lines, a regular sight before crowd puller theme puja pandals over the years," Vivek Agarwal said on behalf of the organisers.

"Each red carpet pandal will have an AC walk through lounge which will have the Devi's image of that pandal on one of its wall," he said.

An estimated 100 Durga darshan ticket holders will also get tickets to the 'Dada vs Maradona' match, Agarwal, who has initiate the move and brought all the 21 puja committees on the DD platform, said.

A spokesman of Lebutala Park Puja committee said, "A massive crowd turns up at our pandal every year and we have to watch the plight of thousands waiting for hours. The move will reduce the stress of many of them."
