1.Tricolour Rice

Cook three portions of rice. Mix one portion with spinach purée for green, another with tomato purée for orange, and keep the third plain for white. Layer them in a dish starting with green, followed by white, and finally orange. Serve warm and enjoy!
2.Tricolour Sandwich

Use three slices of bread. Spread mint chutney on one slice for green, mayonnaise on the second for white, and carrot or tomato spread on the third for orange. Stack them together and cut into triangles for a vibrant snack.
3.Tricolour Pasta

Divide cooked pasta into three portions. Toss one with spinach pesto for green, another with creamy white sauce, and the third with a tomato-based sauce for orange. Serve them side by side for a colourful pasta dish.
4.Tricolour Idli

Prepare idli batter and split it into three bowls. Add spinach purée to one for green, carrot purée to another for orange, and leave the last plain for white. Steam the idlis as usual and serve them with chutneys for a patriotic twist.
5.Tricolour Dessert Cups

Layer orange jelly, vanilla pudding, and green jelly in a glass to create a tricolour dessert. Chill in the fridge and serve cold for a sweet treat that is as appealing to the eyes as it is to the taste buds.
