The stud farm is located 24 kms from Pune and it is home to several exotic plants.

The two-storeyed bungalow has white walls, turrets and low-pitched tile roofs.
3. The bungalow once belonged to the Mahindra Family
Villoo Poonawalla, the late wife of Cyrus Poonawalla, removated the bungalow in 2009 after purchasing it from the Mahindra family. Later, Adar's wife Natasha hired designer Sussanne Khan to removate the bungalow and give it a modern feel.
4. The bungalow has a 19 ft conservatory
The 19 feet conservatory is believed to be Natasha Poonawalla’s favourite room. This space has a glass ceiling with an art deco chandelier.
5. The property has several equestrian motifs
Equestrian motifs and handmade saddles can be seen in several parts of the bungalow. There are racing memorabilia and many vintage aircraft models too.
